Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Is anyone using Wise with Shopify? I want to be able to take payments in USD, GBP and other currencies. I have 1 Wise account that has multiple currency accounts opened.
What is the best way to configure this with Wise? Is there a way to input all bank details into shopify, or do I need to nominate 1?
(This isnt just for shopify payments but any payments really)
Really want to see what others are doing
Hi @svalkyrie23 !
The only payment methods that you can add or connect to your Shopify account are the one you can find at your >settings >payments >add payment method or, you can also check the Shopify app store, if you can integrate Wise through there though, if none of these worked, it means that Shopify does not support Wise payment method as of now. You can also try to reach out to Wise support team and see if there is a way on their app that you can integrate or connect your Shopify account.
So if I put an Australian account on there, what if someone pays in USD?
Hi! Did you find a way to make this work?
Yes, on my store I use Shop Payments. Shop will automatically deposit into my local currency. So my Wise account has AUD for example, when someone pays in USD it will be transferred to AUD by Shop Pay, and then into wise.
But I have found after that if you use the card method (rather than bank deposit details) it can automatically send the money to the right currency bucket apparently. But I haven't tried this, let me know if that works for you?
