Today I woke up to an email from shopify stating my store would be terminated for violating Aup policies which makes no sense to me as all orders were fulfilled the same day and no unacceptable products were being sold on the site.
My main issue is the hold on my shopify Balance Bank account, once the store was terminated shopify locked my balance cards (which had nearly $1500).
this is extremely frustrating because I was paying for the order fulfillment out of our secondary business account.
has anyone experienced this before? Will shopify ever unlock my balance bank account so I can access the funds I worked hard for? Please give some advice, thanks!
How long did it take? It seems as if shopify outsourced all the customer service to another country, this makes it extremely difficult because I can’t get actual help only customer support who seems desperate to end the chat.
