Shopify Balance Scamming customers

I have asked Shopify to close my balance account and cancel the card for months and have contacted advisors like it says when you look for help. They have not done anything and at this point, they are illegally withholding my PayPal payments and others. I don’t want to wait weeks for my money! I will be filing a class action lawsuit against them if they do not fix this problem by 2/18.
