Shopify balance

Is there a way to save the money that you make from Shopify into a balance instead of sending it to a bank? Or even have it put onto a Visa Gift card? For example: you’re about to check out at a shop that is powered by Shopify and you login to your Shopify account and you pay the other shop using the money you’ve made from your shop. I feel like it would make more sense to do that than to put in a credit card/use PayPal. Anyone with me?

And what leads you to belive that shopify are more trustable to hold these funds than say, a regulated bank?

If you consider how their moral and ethical conduct misaligns with their words, you'd probably be safer keeping it far from their reach.
