Shopify bill payment issue

I am not able to pay the Shopify bill for the month of August as it has exceeded the caping amount Rs.5K. Please help me complete the payment.

Hey @Samparoy i don’t think anyone here can help you complete this payment like you’re asking for (plus I’m not entirely sure what you mean by that). Like @prakashVt already said, you should try reach to the support team to see if anything can be done regarding the capping amount.
