Shopify billing failed and can't buy a theme

Hello,

 

I have a problem with charging my company VISA card. Monthly payments always fail to process and now when I want to buy my Theme it says that the card didn't go through. This is a company VISA business card and it should be working fine but no payments are getting through. How is it possible to solve this problem?

I understand that you are seeing an issue with your payment method failing to process payments on both your monthly payments and theme purchase - I would be happy to steer you in the right direction. However, please note here on the Shopify Community we cannot access your account to see your billing information. 

 

I would advise you to take a look at the accepted payment methods here on our help center. You mentioned the card was a Visa branded card, which is good. However, there are other requirements such as having international capabilities and the ability to accept recurring transactions. With that in mind, as @ZenoPageBuilder has kindly mentioned, it would be a good idea to speak to your bank directly, to ensure that your card adheres to these requirements, and that there are no issues coming from their side preventing the payments from going through.

 

If, after speaking to the bank, you believe the issue is on our side, then I would encourage you to reach out to our support team directly via our help center here. One of our support advisors would be more than happy to take a closer look and try to shed more light on why these payments are not going through.

Most of the time it was an issue from the bank. You should contact them for help.
