Shopify billing is dishonest - My complaint

Hello I need to get in touch with Shopify billing section but no one from shopify customer service is linking me with the billing department. I have shopify store in UAE and as all other stores around the world, shopify grant 3 months free, just with payment of  1 usd. After second month, they start charging me, with 33.60 USD

When I have asked why they told me that in UAE there only 2 months free but this is not true that 3 months free is not availbale in my area. This is lie that all the time shopify consultants are telling me here, lie.

 

Here in shipify community someone confirmed : clarly 3 months for free for UAE.

But from customer service they keep liying to me saying only 2 months free and 1 usd available in UAE.

 

Second complaint is: my bill is 33 usd and shopify charge me always 34 euro.

 

Third: everywhere is written in shopify adverts that price per month, but actually later they charge every 30 days, so slowly slowly in this way they earn more money. If they write price per month, why they later charge every 30 days?

 

Someone can explain to me this dishonest billing policy in every way!
