Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We have recently had some bugs on our shopify dashboard showing very skewed numbers and if our “reserved funds” are gone like they showed them to be then there is a deficit of 4,5k that is owed to us (after days of crunching numbers)
We have consulted multiple support agents with a different answer each time. Finally our issue has been escalated as even the support member thought it was very strange. This is escalated to the billing team.
Does this billing team exist or are they just beating around the bush, please help!
