We have a fulfillment service app that merchants have been using for some time. Previously, a bug in the app caused cancellation requests from merchants to be rejected. While the bug has now been fixed, merchants are unable to re-submit cancellation requests for the affected orders.
The triple dots are not showing on the page. I've tried using direct calls or requesting via the app but then I get this error:
How can we cancel the fulfillment order? Attached image is of a dev environment shop.
Because we cannot cancel the fulfillment order the inventory of the merchant is not correct.
