Shopify Capital provides offers based on store performance in the moment, not just what was repaid in the past. If sales dried up, you might need to improve sales consistency or cut down on refunds. Some merchants also had offers come back after a theme update or moving over to Shopify Payments, which helps with some of the eligibility signals Shopfiy’s system uses to evaluate funding.
