The amount offered via Shopify Capital can be impacted by a multitude of factors, some of them internal to Shopify, and some related to the performance of your business, for example. I'm having the same issue and I think it's directly related to the early promotion they have running right now. I've reached out a few times to the place the other commenter has said to and they haven't helped in weeks. So much so, that today my offer is lower! Nothing has changed with my store. My sales aren't any lower than when I got the last capital offer which everytime I've paid one off they double. This time they wanna give me half of what they have already. Help center tells me that the capital department is swamped which I'm sure it is if your early promotional offer is causing lower capital offers which is total bait and switch. I even am paid up 72% now. Doesn't seem to have much of an incentive to be shop owners and spend all this money if we can't even get good deals anymore on capital.
