Shopify Captial Offers Dried Up

I've done 2 Shopify capital offers one 24k and other a top up of 13k.

After I finished the 2nd one of 13k at 100% any new offers disappeared and that was about 2 months ago and still nothing and sales are almost double of what they where when the initial offer came. Contacted support and they said a new offer is coming soon but nothings come through for a while now.

Anyone else just not get offers from Capital anymore even after completing a few? Did contacting support actually help?

Seems a bit random and hard to plan for but probably the best option for me with banks not really keen to finance these days.

Hi there, @ATAman!

Thanks for sharing your query with us here in the Shopify Community.

While we're not able to comment on account info or the eligibility of given stores for Capital offers here, I would like to share some general information to clarify the situation.

As you're likely already aware, you can view any available Capital offers in the Settings > Capital menu or in Admin > Finances > Capital menu in your Shopify admin.

If a given store is eligible, offers will appear in your admin and you will be notified via email.

You don't need to reach out to check if you are eligible or can have more funds with no exception.

It's not possible for the Capital team to disclose how our review process works.

This means we cannot tell a merchant why they are not getting new offers.

For merchants in this situation, we would encourage them to keep their store in good standing, avoiding chargebacks, billing issues etc, and if any offer is made available we will reach out directly.

We do not have a timeframe for when offers will be made available and a merchant cannot negotiate to have Shopify Capital if they don't have offers in their admin.
