Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Having a huge problem right now and am losing a ton on shipping. I have a few different sized packages, and my sub 12 x 12 x 12 boxes are being calculated fine. I have other boxes larger than that, and when I go to buy the label for my 4lb 16 x 14 x 12 package, I am being charged double what I'd pay for the exact same 12 x 12 x 12 4lb package, and on the label is says my package is 13/14lbs or so. It is 4lbs. If I used my 12 x 12 x 12 box for 4lbs it charges correctly and says its 4lbs, if I use my 16 x 14 x 12 package with 4lbs, I get charged through the roof as it thinks the package weighs 14lbs or so. This is a huge issue right now and I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks
I have pictures but apparently only CSV files are allowed?

Hello @ethanpotatochip ,
Kindly review the volumetric weight for the package.
The calculation varies based on the carrier. Please specify the carrier and the unit of measurement to facilitate an accurate calculation.

I think you missed the part where I said the label printed out saying it was 15lbs? It is a 4lb package. I understand volumetric pricing.
