Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi there,
We have Shopify and Cin7 integrated among our 3 stores. The issue we are having is when Cin7 automatically enters the tracking information into Shopify customers aren't receiving confirmation/tracking emails. Currently, our workaround has been to use StarShipit to send the email out, however, this will not work for the new store we are launching due to it being run under a different brand name.
Any fix to this issue would be appreciated!
Facing similar problem raised with cin7 but no update from them.
