Shopify Collabs - commission not working

Hi

I’m an affiliate/partner on Shopify Collabs and the last 4-6 sales I’ve made have come through at $0 - everything is in check and nothing has changed, i.e. commission 

My sales went down all of a sudden, which I assumed was a returned sale but ever since, every other sale has come through at $0. 

I tried to speak with someone at Shopify, however they couldn’t look into it themselves. Please can someone assist?
