Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Dear all,
I am currently in the process of developing an application allowing users to buy a service from a third-parties and intend to charge a commission on each sale as my revenue model.
Could someone confirm this model is currently possible? I would like to confirm that the Shopify commission on my sales will be based on my commission fee and not on the total value of the products/services sold via my application. Example: if I sell a $100 product/service and take a 10% commission, then my revenue will be $10. Will the commission I have to pay to Shopify be based on the $10 or the $100?. The $90 dollar difference will be distributed to third-parties selling via my application.
Thank you.
Hi,
Could anyone from Shopify team help on that question?
Thank you.
Best.
Any Shopify support could help with my query please?
Thank you.
Regards.
