Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I have had now two weeks of dodging and avoiding from the Shopify CS team and Payments and Billing department. No one at Shopify can explain why several of my payments are being held in pending. I have reset my bank account. Submitted new paper work and now most recently I have seen another $2000+ go missing from my "next payout"
Because I am not receiving money I earned and Shopify has not explained why this might be happening, the only logical solution is fraudulent behavior by Shopify.
I will be filing a report with the BBB unless I can receive a logical and realistic response from Shopify.
Worst experience in the 8 years I have been with Shopify.
