Shopify Credit Card Transactions Basic Plan - Ireland

Hi

Hoping someone can help clarify. I have been looking at the Shopify transaction fees (we use Shopify Payments) and when I calculate them myself based on the Basic plans rate i  get a different number to what Shopify is actually charging.

Example: Order Total = €9.95, Shopify fee = €0.58, however when I use the Shopify basic plan calculation it should be €0.46

Basic Plan Rate = 2.2% + 0.25c 

2.2% of €9.95 = 0.22 then 0.22 + 0.25 = €0.47 not €0.58

Anyone shed some light on what I am doing wrong?

Shopify offers three pricing plans- Shopify Basic costs $29 per month, with a 2.9% transaction fee (for Shopify payments)+ 30¢ per online transaction. The main Shopify plan costs $79 per month, with a 2.6% transaction fee (for Shopify payments) + 30¢ per transaction. Advanced Shopify costs $299 per month, with a 2.4% transaction fee (for Shopify payments)+ 30¢ per transaction.
