Shopify flow for orders with a blank shipping address

We may take your order at the POS for later delivery. I'd like to set up an alert in Flow to prevent forgetting to enter the delivery address at that time.

For example, it would be nice to be able to specify the condition "if order shipping address 1 is blank", but it doesn't seem to be possible to do that.

Is there a better solution?I would be very happy to learn more about it.

Also with the same issue, but Shopify doesn't seem to care about Plus stores anymore...
