Shopify gives outdated guides! - Enabling Apple Pay

It says under "Activate Apple Pay" point 3. - In the Wallets section, select Apple Pay.

How can I select Apple Pay? I can only enable it! Fix your stuff, nothing here cannot work, I can't even enable stupid payment method, was working on it since morning, I bet 1000% I have to verify the domain on Stripe, Stripe says I have to upload file to FTP/file manager, which obviously Shopify not have. Then Stripe said I don't need to verify domain on Stripe end, that just enabling Apple Pay on Stripe is enough. I don't think so

Terrible that I cannot enable one stupid payment method with one click, and working on it for hours. Now I tried to pay via Apple Pay, it says this, maybe going with Wix would be the best route
