Just beware that Shopify recently decided to hold all of my payments while still taking shopify loan payments out of my account while they investigate a (non) issue. The lack of communication and bot messaging I am getting on the issue is outrageous. Heads up that your business is really not yours and that Shopify can arbitrarily decide to withhold your funds. So I have been shipping out and paying shipping fees all while shopify refuses to release my funds. Has anyone had any similar experiences?
