This is apparently because of some error on their part...but first they told me it was a regular review. A few days later, they said it was because of my bank. Finally they admitted that the problem was theirs, but will neither tell me what the problem is or when it will be resolved.
Now my business is missing about a 1/3 of our monthly revenue and we are not able to pay our vendors...on top of it, Shopify continues to withdraw our fees!
I cannot tell you how angry and frustrated this has made us. Does Shopify hate our small business?
