SHOPIFY CAUSING SMALL BUSINESSES TO FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

I have been on support chat after support chat after support chat.

In October, we received a payment of $18,940. Since then, we have received over $60K worth of payments. My account just says "pending" under the status of the payout. We have already shipped the products to our customers, and we HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR OUR SALES FROM SHOPIFY! We are literally in a hole right now, trying to dig ourselves out. 

 

Every time I contact Shopify, I get this. I am copying and pasting a response.

However, I am still closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed as soon as I receive any information from the specialized team.

There is no way a COMPANY as BIG as SHOPIFY can just hold your money and leave you on tier one support and let you hope and pray you get a response back for your payouts?
