Shopify is failing us. How do you feel about shopify holding your payout for a month?

This is my shop an I think the customers should be very aware that shopify is a company that can make your business fail in a matter of weeks.

imagine They put my payout on hold  for a month. but since first days they ask me to submit ID, I quickly submitted that to realize later the same thing would happen, my paying would be on hold again and they are asking for more IDs. I quickly provide them again, then week after problem is not resolved and they ask me for ID again. Like why are they doing this?

when I contact support they just ask me to be patiend and that it should take 72h, howerver its been taking one month where im sending products to customers only out of my pocket. Plus shopify keep charging me fees.
