Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi there,
I've noticed for the first time today that our store's Shopify account is hiding some information from the reporting and analysis section, on the admin homepage.
To be specific, we have 4 locations, and the "Reporting" and "Analysis" Areas of Shopify only show sales from two of the locations, HOWEVER, I'm physically located at one of the stores that isn't showing up, and can confirm that we have made sales here today. When I look in the orders tab, these orders DO show up as completed and processed, but they aren't appearing in the Analysis or reporting.
The main reason I ask about this is because I'm concerned that the payments may not be being recorded and I was hoping for confirmation about this. My assumption is that it's just a small back-end bug, but I'm not entirely certain, and was wondering if anyone else in the community is experiencing this today.
Let me know if anyone else is experiencing this!

We only have one location, but our last sale for the day from POS is not showing in any of our reports. I can pull up the order, it shows paid, and I can see it in transactions in our 1/6 payout.
Hope when we look tomorrow it was just a glitch and todays sales totals will be correct!
It's changed since I last was looking, because now it shows all of our stores as having made sales, however it definitely didn't update all of them. A majority of the sales are missing from the analytics. I would say about 75% of our store's revenues today doesn't show up.
All of that said, the "Updates and Issues" (or whatever the correct name they use for their page that indicates bugs and stuff), does show that there is an issue that they're aware of and working on so hopefully it all works itself out by the morning.
I too am having this issue. I was able to select "POS Locations" in the Columns filter section in the upper right of the Reports box. That will at least give you an address, no Region or Country/Region information though sadly. Seriously hope it's just an "oops" but it is kind of annoying.
I hope this helps a little!
