Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My Shopify store has stopped taking payments and reporting sales metrics. It functions on shopify payments and all invoices are up to date. Clearly something isn't connecting anymore although nothing has changed on the backend. The payment error comes up even before the customer has entered their card details so it's nothing to do with the card being declined
Are there any reasons this may have happened or how to fix this urgently!
