Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Shopify terminated my store few weeks before but I get sales of 1k pounds and I didn't fulfill it and now my costumer want their refund and shopify team didn't reply me what can I do? How can I issue refund for costumer. He takes legal action on me. Please help me

Keep reaching out to Shopify Support and explain the urgency of issuing refunds. If you used PayPal or Stripe, refund customers directly through those platforms. Communicate with the customer to show you’re resolving the issue and consult a lawyer if legal action is threatened. Act quickly to avoid further complications.
