Shopify paused my payments!!!

I’ve been contacting support for over a week and they’ve been telling me the same thing “it’s on a higher priority then before” I need the money to ship out my orders they are holding it from me. I sent out some bank statements to verify the details and they blocked me to enter the information and now they are pausing my payouts because it is past due the time but the info I sent was legitimate . This is unreal
