Shopify payment account on hold

Hello, i wanted to know if it says that my payment account is on hold but i can still make sales does that mean i wont get the money on my bank account?

Yes, that is correct. If your Shopify Payments payouts are put on hold, you can still accept payments from customers but will not receive the payouts on a regular schedule. Typically, these payouts are placed while our Payments team reviews documentation requested from a merchant, although a hold may be placed for other reasons. You should receive an email from our team explaining why the hold is in place, what steps are required to lift the hold, and when you can expect to receive your payouts.
