Shopify Payment Approving

Hello How are you i have a company in UK . when i tried to active shopify payment .. shopify accept all the bussiness doucments . but didnot accept my personal address document

i live now in turkey so i added utilities bills . bank statement . goverment offical address and non of them was accepted 

can you help me please to let shopify payment working !!

I have been talking to Shopify Support for more than fifteen days and none of Them help me
