Dear Shopify technical support,

I'm writing regarding a problem I'm having with payment methods on my Shopify store. Currently, I only have Apple Pay as an available payment option, and when I go to the payment method management tab, I can't display the other options such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Here are the steps I've already taken to try and solve this problem:

Verify credentials: I've verified that I've entered my third-party payment gateway credentials correctly.
Check Shopify status page: I checked to see if there was an ongoing outage for the payment gateway, but I couldn't find any relevant information on the Shopify status page.
Trying the Shopify mobile app: I've also tried accessing the payment method management tab via the Shopify mobile app, but the problem persists.
I would be grateful if you could help me solve this problem so that I can offer my customers a full choice of payment methods.

Since this is an account issue, it would be best to reach out to Shopify support team so, they can further check your Shopify payments account and see where the issue is coming from. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
