Shopify payment from two IPs in different countries

Hello,

I opened a business with my partner. He lives in China and I live in the United States. We established a company in the United States and opened Chase bank account. My question is, can we accept Shopify payments through our company's bank card?
Can we also log in to Shopify to see the business stats? I heard you are only allowed to login into Shopify with the same IP address as the country of the account.
