Do I need a plan and domain to activate a Shopify payment gateway?

If i want to activate shopify gateway of payment , am i suppose to select plan and buy a domain first ?

Could you tell me a bit more about what you're looking to be able to do exactly, is there a specific payment gateway or option you're looking to be able to use where you are for your specific business?

In order to activate the checkout area for you and your customers, you would need to add a billing method and select a paid Shopify plan.
