Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have a company in uk with a bank account, but actually my team and I working on it remotely from a country not supported with Shopify Payment Gateway.
Can I use the Gateway feature on my website and have my transactions on the company Bank account?
Hello, @Ahmad-Osama!
Shopify Payments is only available in certain countries, so if the country where your business operates is not supported by Shopify Payments, then you'll need to review the list of other payment gateways that we support. You can find a list of supported countries and regions for Shopify Payments here.
If you and your team are just working remotely from a country that is not supported by Shopify Payments, you can still use Shopify Payments to process transactions on your website. As long as you have the eligibility to set up Shopify Payments and the business operates from an eligible country, there shouldn't be any issues on your end.
You'll need to provide some basic information about your business, including your business name, UK address, and tax ID number, as well as information about your bank account, like the account number and routing number.
After setting up Shopify Payments, your website can start processing transactions, and the funds will be deposited directly into your company bank account. Remember, it's important to keep in mind that certain countries may have restrictions or limitations for using Shopify Payments. Please ensure that you are following all applicable laws and regulations within that region.

Hey, @Ahmad-Osama!
To clarify, in order to use Shopify Payments United Kingdom (UK), your business needs to have physical operations on United Kingdom's soil. For example, do you have offices, retail locations, rented or owned warehouse space in the UK? Would you be able to provide proof of this physical presence if the review team requested it?
In addition to having a physical presence in the UK, merchants would also need to provide proof of the following in order to begin the review process;
Please note that being able to provide these documents does not automatically qualify you to use Shopify Payments UK. This is simply the initial step in the review process. Once you've submitted the required documents, our review team will reach out to you with next steps.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
