Hello Shopify Community,

I'm reaching out here for help with an issue I've encountered on Shopify. I'm receiving the following error:

Error Message:
"You have reached the maximum number of attempts for submitting your details. You need to contact support to make any changes."

Despite this error, I can still receive payments via Shopify Payments, but I need the funds to supply the products. The payment must be released; otherwise, how can I ship the products?

I’ve created 3 support tickets, but I haven't received any response. I opened the first ticket 11 days ago, and since then, all I’ve been told is to “wait.” However, no clear explanation has been given—just “wait.”

How much longer do I need to wait? It's unbelievable that it’s taking 11 days to review just two documents. Is the team using outdated methods? What century are we living in? I’ve been waiting for a solution for 11 days with no progress.

I want to know how I can reach the support team directly. I don't know what’s being done because I haven't even received a proper response. Without receiving my payment, I can't proceed, and this uncertainty is disrupting my workflow.
