Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Don't know why the Shopify payment is on hold. Even after numerous submission of the documents but until now the CS still mentioned that the ticket is open and they cannot do anything, they can only help to re-submit the case. Until today after 2 months, same reply.
What exactly is the problem?
Are you getting the error in the image in the Settings Payments section?
first, they sent notification informing it was on hold and needed few more documents.
i have the Shopify payment like this as shown and there isn’t any error notification but when i ask the customer service, they feedback me it was still on hold.This matter has been like this for more than 2 months despite numerous correspondence with the customer service bot. Same old response. No result.
