Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My payments had been on hold for 5 days and this is the second time this happened in 14 days. I contacted Shopify support and they can't give me an answer and keep mentioning my issue had been escalated. After a few days I am told to upload director's information and I uploaded it immediately and after 5 days I still did not hear anything from them.
I find this very irresponsible. At least provide what is going on and the status of the issue.
