I have completed Shopify payment and even done test mode.
Turns out, the shopify payment option does not appear at check out page. Only PayPal appears.
Does anyone know how to fix it ?

Could you share a link to your store with us here so we can take a look at how this appears currently?
Have you ensure you are clicking through the checkout flow far enough to see the option to check out using credit card?
Let me know as much as you can about what you have done so far to set up Shopify Payments and what you've done to confirm this is set up from your end.

Thank you for your fast response.
I verified my identity and activated shopify payments. When I turn on test mode, all methods work, but when I turn off, they all disappear.

I was able to test this out from my location and reproduced the behaviour you outlined here:
In order to investigate this further we will need to be able to view and discuss your account info with you securely.

So should I ask bot on Shopify Help Center ?

You can proceed to access account support via live chat by indicating that you wish to access this when prompted using the help centre.
This will allow you to enter a queue to chat with an agent who can access and discuss your account info with you securely.
