Shopify payment reset

I need to reset my shopify payments setting because i put business account but I would rather to have individual/sole partnership how can I change this?Thanks

To change or update tax information pertaining to your Shopify Payments account will require an escalation to our Tax team. You will need to reach out to our Support to begin this request.

Hello, I am facing the same question as you? How did you at the end solve the problem? I did sent request to Support for 4 times, but no one really able to help? Thanks
