Shopify Payment third-party for Waterpipes

Howdy,

I am curious- Can I use Shopify payments as a third party to authorize the sale of waterpipes and dry pipes? They have nothing of this listed in their “restricted items” list, and these pipes are not illegal. Is Shopify Payments a good way to sell these products?
