Shopify Payment Verification

I’ve been trying to verify my account for the last week, and have uploaded my documents multiple times. My address verification keeps coming back instantly, I’m not getting any emails detailing what is wrong or any error messages detailing what is wrong. I’ve escalated tickets to the verification team across the last week and I haven’t heard anything back yet, and I’m nearing my sales being refunded. Can someone help please? I’d just like to be able to send my documents to a real person, rather than relying on my app which keeps crashing/won’t help me. Is there any way I can change my drivers lisence to my passport to resolve the address issue? Thanks!
