Shopify payment without a registered business (Switzerland)

Hello, I intend to launch a store with my partner, but we do not have a company yet and we’re based in Switzerland (we were planning to make a "General partnership", SNC in French). Knowing that it seems to me that to create a company it is necessary to justify an activity, we intended to start our business and thereafter, when payments can justify the activity, to create the company.

I wonder if there is a possibility to use Shopify payments without having created the company yet? Are there any alternatives if this is not possible?
