Shopify payments account on hold

Hi, a friend and I recently opened a shop. We filled in the details from shopify payments, but today it came up again to confirm the address. So we sent our passport because it was among the list of what we can send there to confirm the address. But now shopify payments doesn't show up in the store when you select payment, and it only shows paypal. In the notifications it says that the shopify payments account is on hold
