Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I currently have Stripe as the Payment provider for one of my 4 stores. The other 3 stores have Shopify Payments as the payment provider. However, Shopify Payments is not appearing for one of my stores at all. It's not even an option as a payment provider for this store. Everything is set up the same way as the other 3 stores so there shouldn't be anything preventing it from being an option. I've chatted with customer service for about 2 weeks now and no one is able to figure out what the problem is, so they create "tickets".
I'm located in California USA for context.
Any advice would be great!
Hi, @DaisyKat.
Thanks for reaching out!
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues on your end and unable to see Shopify Payments as an option. There are some reasons Shopify Payments may not appear as an option in your store.
It may be due to eligibility. Please ensure that your business is located in a supported country and that your business type and products are not prohibited. You can check the eligibility criteria for Shopify Payments. If you haven't completed the account setup for Shopify Payments, go to your Shopify admin, navigate to Settings > Payments, and click on Complete account setup in the Shopify Payments section. If you have another payment provider activated, you may need to deactivate it to enable Shopify Payments. You can do this in the same Payments section. Lastly, make sure you have two-step authentication set up for your account, as this is a requirement for using Shopify Payments.
You mentioned that you have communicated with Support and ticket(s) have been created. I would recommend replying directly to any existing support tickets you may have as this ensures it reaches the appropriate team. It is likely your query may have been transferred to our escalated team(s). To set expectations, our Community Team does not have visibility into accounts or tickets, so it's best to reply to any support tickets you may have.
