I have a problem with shopify payments, it doesn't show on my website, it only shows PayPal methods, no visa, Mastercard or apple pay methods. I made a custom method of payments to see how it shows. I have activated everything in settings, checked the country, and don't understand where is the problem. Please help me.
Hi, @vision2. I'm happy to share some information to help with this! Have you made any recent changes to your account or store address settings? Also, was this working correctly for you before, or have you always been missing Shopify Payments?
Typically this happens if you are using Shopify Payments in a region where it's not supported. The address being used to determine this should be the one entered in Settings > Store details. You can also find a list of the supported countries for Shopify Payments here, along with the requirements to use Shopify Payments in each of those countries. I recommend double checking this to ensure everything is set up correctly.
There are other reasons this could happen as well. That being said, in order to be certain of what the cause is we would need to look into your account with you. We can't see your account or Shopify Payments details here over the Shopify Community, but if you speak with our support team here we can review this with you in more detail. I recommend reaching out to us through the page I shared so that we can say for certain why Shopify Payments is missing from your checkout.
