Shopify Payments dont show as a payment method

I set up my shopify payments 2 days ago, today I tried to fill in the remaining documents... Both sides of ID and then the last document (which is not accepted). I tried to use the bank statement document, but it just keeps bouncing back, so I suppose it isnt accepted. I cant think of a reason why. Please help.

I recommend selecting your country from this page to view the accepted types of documents you can upload to verify your identity (found in the Personal information requirements for Shopify Payments section).

 

Otherwise, have you received an email about this from our Payments team, or have you only seen a request for documentation in the Shopify admin?

 

If you have received an email, please reply there. This will go to them and they'll be able to get back to you with the next steps. If you have not yet received an email, please contact our support team and inform them of the situation. They will be able to escalate your issue to our Payments team for them to review.

Hello, it looks like the file was finally accepted, but I still cannot access the card payment when checking out. When I do the testing it shows card payment as it should, but when I try without test mode the option just isnt there. Is there a way for you to look at whats wrong?

I took a look at your website and noticed that PayPal appears to be the only payment option available at checkout. This would mean that Shopify Payments isn't properly set up as it's not appearing at checkout. Are there any red banners in your admin?

Hi, no there are no red banners in my admin. It does not say anything is wrong with my shopify payments. Perhaps it has something to do with the VAT number which I do not have. Do I need to get myself one? In order to have other ways of payment… Also first of all, reaching a “life chat” is impossible through your “support” and second, it should be made clear why the shopify payments are not working. I have seen many threads with the same problem I have.
