Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have tried five times with support to get help with my shopify account and payments. Each support advisor tells me they have escalated my problem with my ein to shopify payments support. I have yet to hear from anyone! Not an email or response in any way! I am a some pro-proprietor business but shopify asked for my ein. It was rejected. I tried several times to update and now I get an error message saying I cannot modify any longer and have to reach out to support. I just keep getting a run around with no communication. I am so frustrated. I wish shopify still had a phone number to resolve issues but now its all through these chat agents with no results! Getting ready to cancel and maybe lose my money waiting to be paid out!!
