Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I got the email from Shopify that said my shopify payment can not be vertified. How can I solve it? I got my information ready now. I want to reopen my shopify store. Thank you!

The best thing for you to do is to reply directly to the email you received from our payments team. They will have all the information and access to your account to make the appropriate decision.

I did emailed back to the people who sent email to me. After 5 days until now, no one replied. Also, I am selling camping products. Thank you!

Well, I did chat with them. The problem is that they just created the ticket for me but do nothing help. No one replied through the email. No one wants to solve my problem. I feel isolated. Thanks!
