Shopify Payments - injecting a one time use Mastercard?

Hi there

I am running a service where I collect payments off line. When I collect the payments off line (it could be a day after the order is created) I then receive the money via a one time use virtual Mastercard. These one time use virtual cards require no PCI and no 3DS (as once they are used, they are redundant and therefore are exempt by the schemes!). Literally its PAN number, CVC and expiry data for a single transaction.

I am having a challenge understanding how I would insert this into a the Shopify payment gateway as this will be done server side (ie no manual key in process). Any ideas?
