Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello All,
Our Shopify Payments is currently missing credit card options (such as visa, mastercard, etc) for our customers when they check out. Initially, when we 1st launched our website around 1/16 the credit cards displayed for our customers.
Fast forward to around 2/3 we were requested from Shopify for Business Payments Verification. It was quite extensive; however, we provided all necessary documents and even received a verification success on 2/5. This also around when we noticed our credit card payment options for our customers disappeared.
However, today is currently 2/17 the same credit payment issue is still here. Every day we have been contacting Shopify Support; however, the only pertinent information they can provide is that our case has been escalated 3 times.
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Does anyone know how long this may last? We are potentially concerned there may be another underlying issue that Shopify is not telling us that is potentially delaying us from being able to readd the credit card payments for our customers. Any information that can help us better understand our situation would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
